Jurassic Park ############# This movie is really a part of a triology, but since this one is the very best and the second really sucked (I haven't seen JPIII yet!), I'll only rate this one. I won't bother you with the story of this film, cause this film is so famous that if you haven't heard of it you must be some wiseman on the top of the Himalayas. What makes this one so special from the second?? Well, I can only give you three answers to that: 1. Special FX, 2. Acting, 3. A bearing story. Casting including Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum and so on, really saves this film for being 'just a monster' film (like Godzilla). When this film was made, using computer-effects was very unusual, 'cause it was an unexplored thing. But Stephen Spielberg put a crew on it and 'spared no expence'. Combining computer graphics with physical models was the ultimate for this movie, and never have I seen such realistic monsters ever after. Oh, and they weren't monsters either. Spielberg put in all effort to make sure that the creatures in his movie would act as animals, and perhaps the way dinosaurs have behaved... Special features as the T-Rex and the Raptors (especially) makes this film very exciting and I never stop watching it.. So have a good time watching a re-run, cause this film is worth it!!
