Hi there! Sitting at the local (and only) internetcafé downtown, known as Velve. I wasn't supposed to be working today, but since my friend KVi had an assignment somewhere else, he asked me to cover him from 9 a.m to 2 p.m. Since I've been sleeping/sick all week, I thought: "why the hell not?" Finished 1 hour ago, and I'm confined to this place; updating and checking my e-mail. I've been put in charge for a possible chesstournament inside the Allied Marine Emus clan that I am a proud member of. Whence checking our possibilites for performing this tour. online, I figured we could host it @ the Zone, my old grounds of countless Jedi Knight and Mysteries of the Sith games. Ahh, those were the days. Damn, the only thing that sux sitting at an internetcafé, is that you're bound to meet ppl you'd normally do anything to not meet. And the music.. God, the music! *sigh!* Tonight I'll probably do one of three: 1) Go out with my friends, get blasted and blow my brains out 2) Buy beer, drink @ home all alone and blow my brains out 3) Watch a movie, drinking non-alcoholic beer and blow my brains out. Or not. Friday, January 24, 2003

Sigg3 o 0 ( Cloroform - Iran ) conversation with CrazySexyCool who somehow got on my list of Messenger contacts... Sigg3.net says: hi there CrazySexyCool says: HEY SWEETIE Sigg3.net says: eh, sweetie? Sigg3.net says: Let's not jump to conclusions! But hey! What about friends? CrazySexyCool says: OK CrazySexyCool says: well i g2g CrazySexyCool says: ok CrazySexyCool says: bye Sigg3.net says: eh, bye - another selfexplained evidence that ignorance is bliss:P As we say in Northern Norway: "De e h?li !"
Added the links to yesturday's news. Uploaded poems for week 3 and 4 at www.apoet.no. Please; do feel welcome! It's a great page:) So, this channelhost, Petter Nome, has been fired by NRK (national broadcasting) because of his meanings concerning the USA - IRAQ conflict and this really pissed me off. So yesturday I sent an e-mail to tordis.aavatsmark@nrk.no and john.g.bernander@nrk.no protesting against their non-lib. act. Well, the director of the program, Mari Velsand, replied me this morning. Now I'm posting the e-mail in norwegian, but I hope to do a translation asap! God dag! Med vennlig hilsen Mari Velsand Programdirekt?r If you could read this, you'd understand that this woman isn't really replying at all. They're continuing the cancellation of Nome's title in the summer-show "Sommeråpent" and this only because of his private engagement in politics. Things like this pissses me off, so the e-mail I sent was really elegant in order to make them respond. I hope all of you will send an e-mail to prevent this misconduct of the freedom of speach! My most recent watchlist @ wikipedia.org:
Right now I'll have a fag* and go to bed. (*fag as in cigarette)
The TAO of Pauly will be conducting an interview with Jon Schanzer and blogging it to the TAO sometime at the end of next week. If you don't know who he is, read his bio here. An expert on Middle East politics, he was interviewed on Fox News 21st of January 2003. - This would be worth checking out!
Sigg3 o 0 ( Moby - We are all made by stars ) Ugh. I'm sick. I've got the fever, I'm coughing, freezing, sweating... When a man get's sick, he really gets sick. That applies to me2:) The server (and this site) was down yesturday for some reason. Why? First off, in this haze of insanity I'm finding myself in, I thought that the servers were sick just as I am.. Then I thought about hackers; and if it were hackers, I hope they got some bastard uploading childporn, but it's too bad us good fellows are victimized by these sorts of actions. The third, and most likely, possibility: no webspace provider promises more than 99.9% uptime, due to maintenance issues and all sorts of sheit. But fuhgeddabaodid! Doesn't matter. Salangen-Webdesign will be released later this week, and I hope all you design- loving animals will stop by:) The site is about 90% finished, so when I wake up from my feverfantasies I'll finish my part.. This is your Sigg3, (b)logging out. Sunday, January 19, 2003
Sigg3 o 0 ( Tom Waits' Blue Valentine = great hangover chants ) Damn, it's great to be alive, huh? Went out last nite, met all kinds of ppl, even had a few reasonable discussions. At 10 p.m @ Kroa (tavern..?) I teamed up with my friend, Raskolniko, and we went out to the pub after three beers somewhen between 12 p.m and 1 a.m. Since there's this great soccer-gathering here, alot of ppl was joining us at the pub. Three beers till the light was turned on, then to a cigaretteblended discussion outside till we were only 4 left. Freezing. Then, all of a sudden, a friend of a friend who drives a cab drove us home to Raskolniko for nothing. Thanks, by the way! I'd picked up some beer I hadn't finished New Year's Eve, and together we had a somewhat interesting nachspiel. Here's a picture taken by Jon.H Larsen, who stayed sane and sober all night. Thanks. me (right) and Raskolniko @ the pub (the rest is history..) |
