Sigg3 o 0 ( Roger Whittaker - Swaggy )

Sigg3 dot net speaking to the world?
Yes! I am. I don't know why, but there are articles on my server that has aroused a greater interest in Sigg3 dot net in parts of the world I'd thought impossible to reach. Nothing is impossible, but less possible, of course. This is some of the information that surprised me, when I read this months statistics:
Visitors from 40 countries have been too one or more files of Sigg3 dot net his month! Please note especially the following:
  • 95, US Educational
  • 38, Singapore
  • 29, Pakistan
  • 25, Japan
  • 23, Saudi Arabia
  • 21, Brazil
  • 21, Malaysia
  • 15, Non-profit organizations
  • 6, United Arab Emirates
  • 6, Russian Federation
  • 6, Syria
  • 5, Yugoslavia
  • 2, Czech Republic
  • 1, Hong Kong
  • Thank you!

The question is, should I change my policy (not to mention my language) because of this? No, of course not. There's a reason why people read this blog, check out my articles, and give me the middlefinger. I have a say.

Sigg3 o 0 ( DonMartin - Deliver the Word )

Ralf Schumacher, Monaco 03

Here's the complete list of the start-off at this year's Grand Prix de Monaco, the highlight of every F1 season:
  1. R. Schumacher, Williams BMW
  2. Raikkonen, McLaren Mercedes
  3. P. Montoya, Williams BMW
  4. J. Trulli, Renault
  5. M. Schumacher, Ferrari
  6. D. Coulthard, McLaren Mercedes
  7. R. Barichello, Ferrari

Image and start-off list provided by f1.racing-live.com

Ralph Schumacher in 1st at Monaco qualification today!
David Coulthard

The drivers of this year's Grand Prix de Monaco delivered a stunning qualification today, and I must say I'm glad I caught it live. The sportspages I'm trying to enter, to give you a complete start-off list, haven't been updated yet, so here's one I scribbled down while watching:
  1. R. Schumacher, Williams BMW
  2. Raikkonen, McLaren Mercedes
  3. P. Montoya, Williams BMW
  4. ?
  5. M. Schumacher, Ferrari
  6. ?
  7. R. Barichello, Ferrari

But let's not forget J. Button who crashed in today's test-drive, and didn't participate in the qualification. He's now in hospital, resting, but they're not quite sure yet wether he'll drive or not in tomorrow's race. So, what's so special about Monaco? It's the only course in a city, and the track itself is no track but a temporarily closed part of the normal traffic image, not to mention that alot of the cars have special features for this track - tires and extra wings i.e. In addition you've all the celebrities showing off, during the Sauber team's qualifications we could see U2's Bono watching the race closely. Not to mention the accidents, small margins, the 1st-gear-parts of the track and the enormous importance of the qualification comparing to other tracks. It'll be fun to watch tomorrow's F1 race, especially wether Michael Schumacher is able to get ahead and to the 1st from his 5th position and how Coulthard will do, being the most talented and experienced Monaco-driver.

Removed the searchbox, but don't worry just click SEARCH in the menu above, and bam! You can search Sigg3.net!

Had a great evening at Kroa last night. I was driving so there was no drinking on me (except gallons of coffe), but it is possible to've fun without drinking. Imagine that. Anyway, we were sitting there: Vanja, Jon, Kornelius and myself just having a dreadful time till Vanja decided to keep an appointment with her better friends. Having ditched her, I learned that mr. R had decided to join us. R is an old classmate of mine, but I haven't seen him for like one and a half year, so it was cool getting an update on his chemist-career. All of a sudden this old activist, or just activist:), came by to discuss with us. We've had discussions before, but last night was really something. After a while on the meaning of life, Sigbjørn Obstfelder (norwegian modernist), and such, he bought us a couple of beer each.... I'm not sure if you got that. There I was, car parked outside hence driving, and he bought us a couple of beer each! Soon the table was filled with inspiring ale, and I'd to settle for my coffe. I don't drink and drive out of principle, but it was really close. But I'd fun discussing politics with my friend R who soon got very drunk and agreed on everything I said only to contradict his party's politics. Funny, indeed. Well, I guess there's nothing else to say.

A couple of days ago; me, Kornelius and Jon-H recorded a couple of tracks down in his studiocellar. He's really done a great job preparing our recording down there, the sound is awesome, and the feeling of ska-punk and Nirvana just reeks from the atmosphere. Here, have a look!

Sigg3 o 0 ( Eminem - Sing for the moment )

I just realized that alot of my posts are exclusively directed toward Norwegian visitors, and for this I must apologize. But ye can rejoice! A remedy found me: For English-speaking visitors. Good night people!

By the way, the nice guys at blogger dot com fixed my template problem. Let's hope it stays that way.. As for the empty space down under, this is due to my extended menu system (EMS), which is actually nothing more than a nice name for my menu, and I'll have to post like h*ll to keep that space filled. Maybe you can give me some ideas...?

I've also noticed from reading my server stats, that the number of visitors from Saudi Arabia is growing, which is all very good as long as I'm not some terrorist target. Or my website. Or not. Anyway; welcome to Sigg3.net! I know the search engine is still a bit buggy, and I'll have a look at it as soon as I feel like doing it. Believe me, there is alot of material on my server:P

Since blogger is updating their system to quite a new and enhanced one, I'm not able to edit my template. I do not like these kinds of restrictions, I am however open to accept these temporary flaws if they are temporary. If not, I might just have to invest in a real blogger system, like b2 or phpNuke, which doesn't necessarily cost anything although installing MySQL does... And right now, untill friday, I'm broke. Broke as in, I do not know where to get food tomorrow.. Broke as in, no beer (,well I could use a break:). Broke as in no coffe at school. Broke as in 23 NOK on my bankaccount (that's like $3.4 USD)... Yep. The worst thing is that there's this client I'm awaiting payment from, and also these friends of mine who owes me cash... Too bad I'm not this muscular type, then I could just kick their ass a little.

Well, I've got to focus on my project now. Norway through the seventies. Great.

Sigg3 o 0 ( Pearl Jam - Black Pilote )

If you're awake till 2 a.m trying to work on a historyproject, but screws up after six straight hours of work, then it's really funny to see what the Norwegian nightsurfers are looking for.. Check out this link: Spyframe @ Search.kvasir.no. Depressive.

Sigg3 o 0 ( Rachmaninov - piano concerto no. 3 )

Let's all give a hand to Pauly who's celebrating his 1 year anniversary on the 'net today! Yahoo!! Here's some cut and paste stuff from his first blog entry _ever_ : Greetings and a warm hello to all! Finally, a long awaited site has arrived on the web where you can take a sincere peek into my sublime madness, a cosmic glimpse into the vile insanity, or a hesitant taste of my reluctant cyber rants and ramblings. There will be more blogs to come. And so it did.. I don't mean to be mean, or anything (oh, sounds like a song:), but I think this year is my 5th anniversary although I started blogging as late as in December 02. Here's what I first published on Sigg3.net through blogger!

I regret to inform you that my planned release of my 6th selection of poems will never come, due to the fact that my source of inspiration refused to let me do it. Well, what can I say? I'm sorry, but one must respect the people.

In addition, my man Jon-H, gave me this link to an informative page on Peter Wessel Zapffe. It's written in Norwegian, but don't worry, there are a lot of photos too! Just click these words.. THESE WORDS!

Sigg3 o 0 ( Tom Waits - Blue Valentine )

I've been adding keywords/searchwords/strings to a lot of my pages in the hope of raising my daily number of visitors. Also, I'm working on a new selection of poems to poems.sigg3.net, although I'll have to sort it out with someone before I release it. Intimate stuff, and shit.. But you can check out FLUCTUATE., a graphical, poetic expression.

Right now I'm doing the Dante's Inferno Test to see what level of hell I'm in:)
Here are the results:
Eigth Level of Hell - the Malebolge

Many and varied sinners suffer eternally in the multi-leveled Malebolge, an ampitheatre-shapped pit of despair Wholly of stone and of an iron colour: Those guilty of fraudulence and malice; the seducers and pimps, who are whipped by horned demons; the hypocrites, who struggle to walk in lead-lined cloaks; the barraters, who are ducked in boiling pitch by demons known as the Malebranche. The simonists, wedged into stone holes, and whose feet are licked by flames, kick and writhe desperately. The magicians, diviners, fortune tellers, and panderers are all here, as are the thieves. Some wallow in human excrement. Serpents writhe and wrap around men, sometimes fusing into each other. Bodies are torn apart. When you arrive, you will want to put your hands over your ears because of the lamentations of the sinners here, who are afflicted with scabs like leprosy, and lay sick on the ground, furiously scratching their skin off with their nails. Indeed, justice divine doth smite them with its hammer.

Take the test over at: http://www.4degreez.com/misc/dante-inferno-test.mv and tell me the results!
